What happens is not as important as how you react to what happens.

I saw an interesting story on the CBS morning show this morning about horses working out on treadmills. Man, could I use one of those contraptions for my fat little appy mare – she and I could work out on our treadmills TOGETHER!



Let me just say this…when horses graduate from the treadmills to free weights and the Total Gym, I’m going to be plum SCARED. Those boogers can ALREADY kick my ass. After working out with weights for a few weeks, they could kick me into orbit...I don’t want to be a UFO.

Next thing you know, the horses will be demanding some wine and a good soak in a hot tub after their exercise routines.
